(Daytona Beach, FL) – An analysis by The Wyse Condo Team at Keller-Williams Realty in Port Orange, FL, showed a slight decrease in the number of condos and condotels sold in April, compared to a year earlier. Average condo and condotel sales prices were also down by roughly five percent in the Daytona Beachside area in April 2015 as compared to April 2014. Luxury condo sales were up, however. 

According to the Daytona Beach Multiple Listing Service (MLS), condominium and condotel sales in the main cities that comprise the Daytona Beach area showed lower average sales prices in April 2015 than the same time period

(Daytona Beach, FL) – According to RealtyTrac’s quarterly report on the nation’s top towns for flipping homes, the Daytona Beach area has again made the top 5 on the list.

In the first quarter of 2015, the Daytona Beach area moved to the second most profitable flip area in the nation. And three of the top five most profitable areas for flipping homes were also in Florida.
