Maybe your kids are growing and you would like to be in a better school district. You could be retiring, seeking a vacation home, or looking for a different quality of life. Perhaps you feel it’s time to upsize or downsize your home as you reach a new stage in life.

Whatever your reasons for considering purchasing a luxury home or condo right now, we’re here to help you achieve your real estate goals! That's because buying a home is a BIG deal!

They say, “You never get a second chance to make a first impression.”  So whether you are trying to sell your home or make it your own, make that first glance one that leaves the right impression.

One of the easiest ways to add a little life and personality to your home is with some thoughtful and creative landscaping that will welcome visitors and leave a lasting impression.

To make the biggest impact with the least amount of money in your bathrooms, keep in mind a simple set of rules:  go simple and coordinate.

With a simple neutral color scheme and coordinated fixtures, prospective buyers are left with the impression that nothing NEEDS to be done and can start imagining how they can make the space their own.

With that in mind, build your color scheme off items that are big and in good condition and otherwise too expensive to update.  For

(Daytona Beach, FL) – According to RealtyTrac’s quarterly report on the nation’s top towns for flipping homes, the Daytona Beach area has again made the top 5 on the list.

In the first quarter of 2015, the Daytona Beach area moved to the second most profitable flip area in the nation. And three of the top five most profitable areas for flipping homes were also in Florida.

“The strong returns for home flippers in the first quarter demonstrates that there is still a need in this recovering real estate market for move-in ready homes rehabbed to more modern tastes, particularly given the dearth of new homes being built,” Daren Blomquist, vice president at RealtyTrac,
