(Flagler County, FL) – An analysis by The Wyse Home Team at Keller-Williams Realty in Port Orange, FL of May 2015 single family home sales found continued year-over year improvement in home sales and median prices. 

According to the Flagler County Multiple Listing Service (MLS), for the month ending on May 31, 2015, 189 existing single-family homes and duplexes were sold in the Flagler County area with a median home sales price of $160,000. In May 2014, there were just 177 sales and a median sales price of $154,000. 

Since some Daytona Beach area real estate agents also list Flagler County homes for sale, the Wyse Home Team also analyzed the home sales reported by the Daytona Beach Area Association of

(Flagler County, FL) – An analysis by The Wyse Home Team at Keller-Williams Realty in Port Orange, FL, found there was a slight increase in the number of condos sold in the Flagler area in May, compared to a year earlier. Meanwhile, the median sales prices for condos in May were up by more than 18 percent when compared to median sales in May 2014. 

According to the Flagler County Multiple Listing Service (MLS), 25 condos sold in the Flagler County area during May 2015, with a median sales price of $175,000. In May 2014, 24 condos sold with a median sales price of $147,500.  One additional unduplicated sale (not reported in the Flagler MLS) posted in the Daytona Beach MLS in May with a sales price of $185,000.

(Daytona Beach, FL) – According to the Daytona Beach Multiple Listing Service (MLS), for the month ending on May 31, 2015, 391 existing single-family homes (detached) were sold in the Daytona Beach area with a median home sales price of $168,000. 

“Though the median sales price of $168,000 is slightly down from April, it remains one of the highest figures we’ve seen this year and it reflects a 10 percent median sales price increase over sales in May last year,” said Daytona Beach area Realtor Ron Wysocarski, leader of The Wyse Home Team at Keller-Williams Realty in Port Orange, FL. 

Comparisons to previous months, 2014 and 2013 figures are below:
