Movies on The Halifax

Granada Grand Festival of the Arts
The Granada Grand Festival of the Arts is an all-day celebration of art, music, literature, performing arts and more. Ormond Beach Main Street will host this event at the City Hall complex on South Beach Street, along West Granada Boulevard. It is taking place Saturday, February 2nd, 10:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. This is the 5th Annual and it is free to enjoy. Local food trucks will be on site. Mardi Gras Gold Gala
Don’t miss this Mardi Gras Gold Gala taking place on Friday, February 8th, 6:00 – 11:00 p.m. at the Museum of Arts & Sciences in Daytona Beach. Wear your Mardi Gras purples, golds, and greens, and bring along your masks and beads! There will be delicious food, cocktails, silent and live auctions, and lots of dancing with Emcees Kaylee and Tremble from 103.3 WVYB The Vibe. Space is limited so get your tickets! This event is a charity fundraiser, through The Cannonballs Team, for pediatric brain cancer research and aiding families in financial crisis due to their children’s diagnosis. DeLand Beer Festival
The 10th Annual DeLand Beer Festival is returning to Historic Downtown DeLand, on East Indiana Avenue. The festival features over 400 options of beer, wine, cider, mead, and spirits, and over 100 suppliers. The festival runs from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. There will be live music on the main stage and food and craft vendors at the event as well. Tickets are $40 in advance and available on www.eventbrite.com.
Wine & Chocolate Walk
The 8th Annual Wine & Chocolate Walk in Daytona Beach takes place on Saturday, February 9th, 1:00 – 6:00 p.m. Stroll along Beach Street and explore the Riverfront Shops while enjoying delicious wines and chocolates. Daytona Beach Half Marathon
The Daytona Beach Half Marathon is returning for the 10th year. The event will take place over a 2-day period due to the addition of several activities this year. It will feature a new half marathon route, a Saturday afternoon beach run, a celebration at ONE DAYTONA with food, drinks, and awards upon completion, and much more. The Little Excavator Breakfast
The Little Excavator Breakfast is an annual breakfast to support The Dolly Parton Imagination Library of Volusia. The Library is celebrating their expansion to 3 new cities in 2018.
