Home sales were still soaring in October. But it's usually a time of year when the Daytona Beach real estate market slows down.
So what does it all mean for home buyers and home sellers?
Will the early months of 2021 bring a slowdown and drop in prices? Or should buyers expect more competition and rising prices?
